Reliable Credit Association, Inc. and Reliable Credit Association, Inc. (WA) (“Reliable Credit”) send text messages to customers for whom Reliable has obtained prior express consent in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. The text messages come from two third-party sources. One source sends collection and servicing text messages as requested by Reliable Credit (“collection text messages”) and the other source sends eServices text messages as requested by the customer through Reliable Credit’s eServices portal (“eServices text messages”). The collection text messages and eServices text messages are collectively referred to as “text messages”.
Some of the collection text messages may include a link to Reliable Credit’s website. It is our policy to send no more than two (2) collection text messages per business week to each mobile number associated with an account. The frequency of eServices text messages depends on payment frequency and customer choosing to receive payment receipts via text message.
You understand that:
- Your cellular provider’s message and data rates may apply to all text messages.
- You should take precautionary steps to safeguard your mobile device as all text messages may be seen by anyone with access to your mobile device.
Please notify us immediately if you change your mobile number.
We may modify this Text Message Policy at any time. Any modifications will be posted on our website.
How to Opt-Out
If you wish to stop receiving collection text messages from Reliable Credit, reply STOP to any collection text message or call the branch location that services your account. Contact information for each branch location may be found at https://www.reliablecredit.com/contact.html. If you wish to stop eServices text messages after scheduling a payment via eServices, select Email Address instead of Mobile Number.
